By signing this application, Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lifestyle Events Management, including its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Vendor's or its attendees negligence or willful misconduct.

Multi-Expo Exhibitor Discount Pricing applies for those making a one-time payment. Payments are collected via PayPal, which offers 6 month, no interest financing if paying via credit card. Electricity fees are waived if registering for 3 or more Expos. This form is binding. If you register for an Expo and need to cancel a full refund will be issued if written notice is given prior to 45 days of that Expo. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations between 30 and 45 days of the event. In either case a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the event. If for any reason event organizers determine there is a need to change the location or reschedule an expo, no refund will be provided but your registration will be rolled over to the new event date.
